Having spent more than 15 years in the UX industry, I have gained a thorough understanding of what it takes to be a proficient UX designer.

1. Journalistic Characteristics - Pursue, investigate, and reflect on the real reactions of users.

2. Commentator Characteristics - Reflect on the developments in technology and changes in the audience while engaging in public discussions based on evidence (with colleagues and superiors).

3. Councilor Characteristics - Continuously advocate for user-centric design by collaborating with Business and IT to "fight for success" on behalf of users.

4. Researcher Characteristics - Investigate the conveniences and challenges brought about by the company's technology for clients.

5. Economic Strategist Characteristics - Set visions, goals, and target returns, then deploy designs accordingly.

6. Finally, the characteristics of an Artist - Enhance the audience's senses from a perspective of human experience, strengthening them aesthetically.
